Why do I need to verify my identity?

Due to Mexican legislation, we need to verify our customers. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC).

You’re required to do the following:

  • When you open an account with us, you’ll need to provide identification documents such as your INE/IFE card, passport or driving licence.
  • You’ll also need to provide proof of your address with an ID document, utility bill or a bank statement.
  • If all details match, your account will be verified.

It’s that simple! Once the verification process is complete, your account will be fully activated, and you’ll be able to deposit funds and withdraw winnings. You may be asked to send further documents in the future, this is just part of our routine checks.
