How do I verify my identity?

You need to do the following to complete your verification:pp

1. When signing up we require you to confirm your identity by uploading a photocopy or taking a picture of your identification document. This can be a national identity card (INE/IFE), a passport, or a driving licence, and needs to include your full name, date of birth, and a photograph.

2. We also need to verify your address which you can do by uploading a copy of a utility bill or bank statement. You can send us documents by:

  • Logging into your account, following the step-by-step instructions and on uploading the documents by the uploader tool.

3. Once your account is verified, your account will be fully active, and you can make unlimited deposits and withdrawals are available.

4. If you fail to complete verification, restrictions will be applied to your account meaning you’ll be unable to play, deposit or withdraw.
